What we do is help families in WA navigate the family law system. How we do that for your and your family is up to you. Because everyone has different needs, budgets and capacities, we can tailor our services to suit you.
We offer different levels of assistance, that can be adjusted depending on your circumstances.
When you need to shine a light on a specific problem – we can give initial advice and direction, help you prepare documents or other specific jobs without locking you in to any ongoing contracts with us.
Some of the types of spotlight work we can do includes:
Giving strategic advice about how to prepare your initial case – helping you figure out what the case is about and how to present it to the Court. If you have this in place from the outset you can head into litigation with a clear head and set of objectives.
We can draft proposed Court orders, affidavits, subpoenas, letters and more. You can engage us just to help you get things on paper in the right form, and make sure you haven’y missed anything employment.
If you get to the point where you feel you would benefit from assistance at Court, you can engage us to appear on your behalf, without having to engage us for your whole case.
We can talk to people who might give evidence in your case to get the most useful and relevant information from them, and put that in a document for the witness to sign.
We can look at your case to see whether there are areas of your case that would benefit from further evidence and guiding you to possible sources – Experts, subpoenas, disclosure, Freedom of Information etc
When you need someone to light the way, we can offer fixed fees to be available to answer your questions, provide you with information about the stages of your case and help you stay on track, while you are in the driver’s seat and manging your own case.
We also offer online self-guided help to streamline you representing yourself.
When you want us there for every step, every stumble, every issue that comes along, guiding you safely through the storm, we ca manage your entire case for a fixed monthly fee coupled with fixed prices for Court work and documents.
What Does it Cost?
When you just need specific help, we’ll quote you a fixed-price, once-off cost, and that’s all you’ll need to pay.
Starting at $100 for letters.
When you want us as a resource to lean on, we’ll work out what kind of support you need and set a fixed monthly charge that you can terminate at any time.

When we manage your case, there will be a bunch of services you might need – disclosure, letters, advice documents. We’ll break those services down so that we can set fixed costs for each part.
