Navigating my way through a separation after a seven year relationship was an overwhelming process as it is. Let alone the daunting aspect of court documents, transfer of property, application forms, full disclosure of assets and liabilities, negotiations, agreements, etc.
Experiencing life as a single person financially was a distressing notion to think about. How was I going to be able to do this by myself? My ex-partner was in a much better financial position who was accessing legal advice. How on earth could I afford a lawyer? I struggled my way through the separation by myself for eight months before I reached out to Illuminate Law for their support.

Choosing a perfect family lawyer for your case is not always an easy task as there are a number of individual things to consider.
